It is important for people to understand that the current Feasibility Study is prepared in such a way as to design the club as a finished article in sketch form. The way this is achieved depends on the level of support by the community and the various bodies that can help promote sports and community based projects. The project might be developed in one phase or it may be developed in up to 3 stages.
